dc.description.abstractThis article explores the various pedagogical approaches used in training specialists, particularly within the context of higher military education. Emphasizing the growing demand for qualified, adaptive, and strategically competent personnel, the paper investigates how modern educational theories and teaching strategies contribute to the formation of professional competencies. Through a comprehensive analysis of learner-centered, problem-based, competency-based, and blended learning approaches, the article aims to provide a methodological foundation for improving training quality. Specific attention is given to the pedagogical principles that align with the structure, discipline, and mission-oriented nature of military institutions.
