dc.description.abstractYengil atletika mashg‘ulotlarida portlovchi kuchni rivojlantirish sportchilar uchun juda muhimdir. Portlovchi kuch – bu mushaklarning qisqa vaqt ichida maksimal kuch bilan ishlash qobiliyatidir. Bu startda tezlik, uzoqqa sakrash, yadro uloqtirish va boshqa ko‘plab yengil atletika turlarida yuqori natijalarga erishishda asosiy o‘rin tutadi. Portlovchi kuchni rivojlantirish uchun quyidagi uslublar tavsiya etiladi
