| dc.description.abstract | Human metapneumovirus (hMPV) remains an underrecognized component of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) in Uzbekistan. Although it accounts for only about 1.2% of identified pathogens, the virus can lead to severe disease, particularly in children and immunocompromised patients.
