THE ROLE OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical foundations, methodological approaches and practical experience of using modern pedagogical technologies in improving the effectiveness of legal education in higher education institutions. The role of interactive methods, a credit-modular system, digital learning platforms, a competency approach and virtual practical classes in legal education are scientifically substantiated. The article also considers existing problems, achievements and future areas of improvement in the process of forming legal skills in higher education.
